I know that you have template but I would like to start from:
What's your name:
My name is Adam.
How old are you?
I'm 28 y.o.
For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I've been playing from TBC (started around one patch before BT opens)
Do you have a stable internet connection?
Pretty much (didn't have any issues for months)
Do you have discord and a headset with mic?
I do and I like to use it
Do you fully understand and can speak English?
I'm from Poland so English is not my native language but I can speak it quite well (at least on communicative level), maybe sometimes I need to get used to some accents.

Warcraft logs link:
www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/burning-legion/linelias#spec=Assassination&difficulty=4&partition=1
I'm usually ordered to do specific mechanics (Grong orb, Blockade Orb, Oppulence ruby and soaking everything rogues can soak so my logs are around 75-80%)
OS?
I can play all rogue specs. If needed I can lvl up any character (or transfer alt at 120: mage / shaman / warrior / paladin) and play it if necessary (needed to gear them up) but I'm most comfortable with rogue
Do you use pre pot, second pot, food and flask for each pull?
I do. I'm not stingy with gold. Although I don't have time to farm it (wife, kid, real life) but since there is an option for trade gold for real money (legally! token - yay!) it's not any issue.
What do you expect from us?
I have small daughter (2 y.o.) so I'm unable to raid in normal hours like most of the guild do (9-11 or something like that), so I need a guild who raids in night (I don't need much sleep anyway ). My current guild is Polish only so it's not easy to find decent players from one nationality who wants to raid in late hours and because of that I don't see much hopes for progress (especially that our leader is fan of his own tactics instead of using those which actually works ).
So my expectations:
- Friendly atmosphere in guild.
- Focus during raids.
- Preparation of all raid members (flask, pots, runes, tactic, knowledge of your class abilities)
- M+ runs (I'm not a m+ freak who needs to push keys, push, push, push! Of course I don't mind challenging it and trying my best but if ppl just need to do 10+ for chest taking it easy - it's fine as well)
- Raid leader who understands boss and is open for suggestions (I don't need someone who will tell me what to do all the time but it's nice to have person to manage raid CDs etc.)
What do you think we expect from you?
- Culture
- Knowing my class
- Solidity
- Being prepared for raids
- Helping other guild mates
- Respecting other players and their time
Summarize shortly the most important talents you have specialized into and how can you change them to adjust for the fight?
Well as Assasination rogue there is no much variety of talent build, for dps I check warcraft logs and take mostly used, for utility there is actually one talent to change and it is decision between add doing less dmg to tank or 10% more dmg taken from raid if target is stunnable). If I play other class it depends of raid composition and fight (i'm flexible and don't mind changing it if needed)
Does DPS/HPS matter a lot to you?
Well yes, but actually no Of course I love to be high in dmg metters but I know that rogue is great class for specific jobs (feint + cloack + sprint + shadowstep) and if i am assigned to do something else during fight that is my priority (still I will try to do as much dmg as possible). Usually for progress on new boss I need 3-4 pulls to learn when to use specific CDs, so pull after pull I'm getting better. I believe that killing boss is more important than looking good on logs (logs are made on farm not on progress).
Do you stand in the fire?
I think alive dps is best dps - so no I don't except when you need to stand in the fire.
